LOIN (level of information need)

The geometry, information and documentation a given purpose needs, set out in ISO 7817-1:2024.

ISO 7817-1:2024 replaced EN 17412-1:2020. Where LOD describes an element, LOIN describes what an exchange must contain to serve its purpose.
