Parcel 542, Madaba: a villa from a survey report.

Our pilot project: a single-storey villa on a 1,356.40 m² plot, from the boundary survey report to a coordinated model. It is in design, so this report lists what is read, what is checked and what is still open.

Finding 1 · resolved

The plot, read from the survey report, matches it to the centimetre.

We drew the plot from its seven coordinates and the arc on side 4–5, then computed every side and the area. Hover a point for its coordinates, a side for its length.

Finding 2 · open

The setback is an assumption, and it is marked as one.

The 4.00 m setback used so far was the brief’s working figure, not a confirmed one. Setbacks, floors and coverage come from the municipality’s zoning for the plot. Until it is confirmed, the buildable zone of 720.99 m² is a figure that depends on an assumption.

Finding 3 · resolved

The brief fits its limit, with 1.60 m² to spare.
